Stephen Blackmon, our Founder, CEO and Creative Director is an experienced leader and gifted communicator across multiple media platforms. He is the writer, director & producer of the feature film High Stakes Game (HSG), and executive producer of the upcoming HSG television series. He released his first novel, The Price of Paradise, in 2009, and has a longstanding history in writing and ghostwriting. He has been editing video consistently since 2003, and began shooting and directing short films and promotional videos in 2011. In December of 2015 he took over leadership of the Atlanta Independent Filmmakers Meetup, and developed it into the ForkShop (Filmmaker’s Workshop), a practicing community of independent writers, directors, producers, actors and crew. This filmmaker collective has since grown its membership from 345 to over 3200. Mr. Blackmon holds a MBA in Media Management from Regent University and has nearly completed his MFA in script and screenwriting..
